Huami announced a smartwatch called the Amazfit Pop last month, but we’ve already reviewed it. We were very impressed with the health tracking option and now we have a Pro version. Teaser has revealed some important specifications of the wearable and promised to tell the rest on December 1st.
The Amazfit Pop Pro is said to have a 1.43-inch OLED screen, NFC, and 24/7 heart rate tracking. It brings Amazfit’s PAI algorithm to keep you active and motivated, and wearables have over 60 different sport modes.
Here’s what’s interesting-all the specs listed are also available on the Amazfit Pop (also sold as the Amazfit Bip U in some markets). The main difference is that the new device has built-in GPS. It does not rely on the mobile phone to locate it. It also has a microphone, but I understood it from the fine print on the Amazfit Bip U list in India.

We expect the price to be slightly higher-probably at the cost of CNY399 (about $ 60), which is slightly higher than the regular pop CNY349 tag. The gadget is painted in green and we hope Amazfit will also offer it in black and pink.
