Samsung W215G Folding phone set for launch Here’s details-Techweu

For years, Samsung has brought a luxurious lineup for the Chinese smartphone market under the W line. Prior to the introduction of the Fold series, Android-powered (and super-expensive) clamshell phones were on the market, but now it’s a practice for branding. The company has confirmed that it is welcoming a new member, the Samsung W215G, in line with these policies.

The new phone will arrive on November 4, but the first report and list reveal that it’s the same as the Galaxy Z Fold 25G.

The only major difference between the W215G and the Galaxy Z Fold2 5G could be the color of the hinges and back panel. The phone was displayed in gold on TENAA. The list also had the China Telecom logo on the back. This means that it is likely to be dedicated to that carrier.

This is an interesting place. Samsung China offers both Galaxy Fold and W205G, with an exquisite version available in silver colors, providing 5G connectivity and putting the Galaxy Buds in the retail box. Therefore, the current price will be from RMB 15,999 to RMB 18,999.

The Galaxy Z Fold2 5G is currently priced at RMB 16,999, so a similar hike will cost at least RMB 19,999 for the luxury version. However, different retail packages can make changes, so you’ll have to wait until next week to see.
