Samsung’s S Translator will no longer be available from 1st Dec-Techweu

Do you remember S Translator? It was introduced on the Galaxy S4 when Samsung tried to offer its own app as an alternative to Google software such as the Svoice Digital Assistant.

S Voice will be shut down on June 1st of this year, and its friend STranslator will follow the same fate on December 1st. Samsung has notified users that the service will be discontinued.

The company suggests that you can use Bixby when you need to translate something. Previously malicious digital assistants also took over SVoice. Of course, you can also use one of several translation apps available on the Google Play store and the Galaxy store.

The S Translator has survived until very recently and was featured in flagships such as the Galaxy Note 9 in late 2018 and the Galaxy S10 and Galaxy Fold 5G in early 2019. Below is a list of all affected models.
