Ni Fei, the president of ZTE, has released a render that shows the front of the said device which will launch as the Axon 20 5G. The device is set to be the first smartphone to sport an under-screen camera, and this is being teased heavily by the company in the run up to the launch. This official teaser comes directly from the CEO of the company on Weibo microblogging website.

The volume and power buttons are spotted on the right side of the spine. The back of the device has not been unveiled as of yet, but the wallpaper used in this image mocks all the other display designs seen on smartphones of today.Since the side bezels are visible, one can safely assume that the screen will be flat and not curved on the sides.

The screen has a wallpaper with five people holding placards. Each featuring either a punch hole at the top corner or a pop-up camera except for the one that has no such cutout or pop-up and is seen with the happiest expression. Also noticeable is that there’s hardly any bezel on the top and sides. The bottom part does have a chin.

There might be three variants based on the RAM capacities – 6GB, 8GB, and 12GB along with 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB storage versions. This ZTE Axon 20 5G was spotted on TENAA recently, and it is tipped to sport a 6.92-inch (1,080×2,460 pixels) OLED display.

The front camera will be placed under the screen and is supposed to have a 32-megapixel sensor. While the back is home to a 64MP + 8MP + 2MP + 2MP quad camera setup.ZTE will ship the phone with a 4120mAh battery, an in-display fingerprint scanner, and Android 10 out of the box.
