Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite 5G enters South Korea as the most affordable 5G device on the market – TechWeu

Xiaomi is operating in many parts of the world and now the company is entering one of the most developed 5G markets – South Korea. The Mi 10 Lite 5G is the company’s first 5G phone on the Korean market and in typical Xiaomi fashion is betting big on aggressive pricing, undercutting offerings from the two main 5G players in the region – Samsung and LG.

With a base price of KRW 451,000 ($374), the Mi 10 Lite 5G is half the price of LG’s Velvet and nearly KRW 120,000 ($100) cheaper than Samsung’s Galaxy A51 5G. The Mi 10 Lite 5G brings a 6.57-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a waterdrop notch for its 16MP selfie cam.

Around the back, it packs a 48MP primary shooter alongside an 8MP ultrawide snapper and two 2 MP modules – one for macro shots and another for depth data. The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 765G and comes with 6/8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. The battery comes in at 4,160 mAh and offers 20W fast wired charging.

The Mi 10 Lite 5G will be offered solely online through Xiaomi’s official website as well as several South Korean online retailers.
