Open Control Center, then click or go to [Settings] > [Additional Setting] .

Disable google virtual assistant

Go to [Keyboard & Input] > [Google Voice typing] Click on the Voice match 

Turn off Hey Google & While Driving

Click Voice match > Disable "Hey Google & While Driving"
