Google is rumored to release a new pair of TWS earphones like the Pixel Bad, which may be called the Google Pixel Bad A. This pair of buds is expected to be cheaper than the current pixel bud model, and according to the latest report, Google may have mistakenly identified the name of the more affordable Buds.

As discovered by Caschy’s blog, Google Germany added a list to the search results for that store, and “Pixel Buds A-Series” was listed as an option on Google’s storefront in the search results. We don’t yet know the exact naming structure for the Pixel Buds A, but we’ve found that the “A” is in line with Google’s Pixel “A” smartphone, which targets low prices.

The Pixel Buds A looks similar to the Pixel Buds, as the previously leaked image shows. The Pixel Buds A features a different color scheme and has only one LED indicator instead of the Pixel Buds dual LED. The interior of the Pixel Buds A case is also the same color as the Buds itself, as opposed to the black interior of the Pixel Buds.

Pixel Buds A has already been certified by the FCC with model number GPQY2. Given the timing of these leaks, Google will probably officially announce the new TWS Buds A at Google’s upcoming I / O conferences. The current Pixel Buds is priced at $ 180, and the new Buds A will omit some features to reduce the price.
