Realme has created a new Weibo account to make fun of Snapdragon 888-powered phones codenamed “Koi”. Still, it doesn’t stop other Weibo users from posting additional information about the phone. For example, @Geek_Cao posted a photo and details of the device.
The slogan “Daretoleap” is shown in large bold on the back of the phone. The official carp-themed teaser posted by the company also has a slogan, confirming that the phone actually uses the new Snapdragon chipset.
Note the triple camera setup with the 64MP main sensor. According to Realme VP, all of these specifications are the beginning of a new series and are consistent with the Realme Race, which uses the 888 chip. The race is also rumored to have a 64MP camera.

However, rendering suggested that the lace had a vegan leather back in a sporty paint job. The carp photo instead shows the backside of the glass with a two-color gradient. So far, there seems to be consensus that “Race” is the chord name and “Koi” is the retail name for the phone (the leather back may be optional or special edition).
Koi is said to support Realme’s new 125W UltraDART fast charging. This will charge a 4,000 mAh battery to 41% in 5 minutes and 100% in 20 minutes.
The company has some issues-@Geek_Cao also mentions the Realme V15 model with the MediaTek Dimensity 800U 5G chipset. The V15 reportedly supports 50W fast wired charging and weighs about 176g. This is the second phone that appeared around the same time as the race, showing around camera island.
Unfortunately, Cao has deleted the post, so details may not be announced immediately. However, rumors say that the carp will officially go on sale in January at a price of less than 5,000 yuan ($ 765/625 euros).
