Tecno released a few Camon 16 phones previously this month earlier – all of them high-fliers with an Helio G-collection chipsets. An entry-stage device will be included in the series soon and the Google Play Console has the initial aspects.
The Tecno Camon 16 S will be powered by the MediaTek Helio P22, a 12nm chipset from 2018 with 8 Cortex-A53 cores (2. + 1.5 GHz) and a PowerVR GE8320 GPU (650 MHz). In this cellphone, it is paired with 3GB of RAM and operates Android 10.

The display has a 720 x 1,600 px resolution – which is the utmost supported by the chipset. From the incorporated image (which isn’t normally 100% reliable), we see that the cellular phone has a single punch hole digital camera in the upper remaining. Interestingly, there seems to be a front-facing LED flash in the top-rated bezel (but yet again, these pics are not extremely reliable).

Still, the display is a far cry from Camon 16 Premiere’s 90 Hz display screen with a 1080p resolution. The Premiere is rather high in cost, on the other hand, it goes for KES 29,000 in Kenya (wherever it manufactured its debut). That operates out to $275 or so, dependent on currency exchange prices.
We don’t know the pricing of the Camon 16 S however, but the similar Camon 15 Air (also powered by the Helio P22) goes for around KES 15,000 ($140). The Air does have a front-experiencing flash, by the way, with two commonly separated LEDs.
