Vivo plans to launch the X60 series today, but we’re still working on midranger hosts. The latest phone we hear is called vivo Y31s 5G and can be found on the China Telecom website with all specifications and photos. This is a more affordable version of the vivo Y52s 5G downgraded in the chipset and main camera division.
The vivo Y31s 5G has a Snapdragon 690 chipset and a single memory layer (6/128 GB). The diagonal of the screen is 6.58 inches, and like the Y52s, there are LCD types.
In the dual setup on the back, the Y52’s 48MP sensor has been replaced by the more basic 13MP sensor, while the 2MP secondary snapper is primarily used for decorative purposes. The front 8MP camera sits in a notch of water droplets.

The vivo Y31s 5G has a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging via a USB-C port. It also has a 3.5mm audio jack.
This phone will go on sale on December 31st. At that point, you’ll know if the list price of RMB 1,798 (about $ 270) is real or just a placeholder.
