In November, Xiaomi announced a trio of Redmi Note 9 phones for the Chinese market, where the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G is the star. The device is expected to appear in India on January 5th as the Xiaomi Mi 10i 5G.
Xiaomi India started teasing the device on Twitter and set up a landing page on its official website. Here you’ll see a 108 MP main camera, a high refresh rate screen, and a “latest” chipset teaser that references the Snapdragon 750G platform. It also looks at the side of the device, showing the SIM tray on the left and the curved back that follows the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G design.
Note 9 Pro 5G’s main specifications include a 6.67-inch IPS LCD with a refresh rate of 120Hz, Samsung’s 1 / 1.52-inch ISOCELL HM2 108MP main sensor, and a 33W fast-charged 4,820mAh battery.
