The delay in launching the Honor V40 was officially confirmed a few days ago, and the call will arrive on January 18. Meanwhile, we did a Geekbench round to show off the power of the MediaTek Dimensity1000 + chipset.
The chipset drives 90Hz or 120Hz panels at the fastest touch sampling rate ever. The phone supports fast charging-66W wired and 66W wireless.
There are some uncertainties about the exact specifications as there are three V40 models underway: Vanilla, Pro and Pro +.Trio pre-registration started last week (you can peek) here, here And here) And the official poster have already been posted in the actual store.

Anyway, as you can see in the benchmark, the three V40 models launch with the Magic UI based on Android 10. This particular unit has 8GB of RAM, but we hope other options will be available (especially in the Pro and Pro + versions).
The first model, the Honor V40 trio, launched by a newly independent brand, will be announced next Monday.
