Samsung Galaxy Book S announced with Intel Lakefield chipset and LTE connectivity – TechWeu

Again in August the previous 12 months, Samsung launched its Galaxy Ebook S which was a Windows laptop running on the Snapdragon 8cx chipset. Now, we get an Intel-run version that depends on the power-efficient Lakefield SoC and Intel UHD graphics in a similar admirer-less ultrabook style.

Upfront is a 13.3″ Whole High definition touchscreen Liquid crystal display with a 1MP digicam in the prime bezel. The device weighs in at 950 grams and measures just 11.8mm at its thickest stage. It also offers a quad stereo speaker set up tuned by AKG and a crafted-in fingerprint scanner.

The Intel Core i5-L16G7 Lakefield chipset is paired with 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 256/512GB eUFS storage. In phrases of I/O you get 2 USB-C ports, a 3.5mm headphone/mic combo, and a microSD card reader. The battery will come in at 42Wh and is rated at 17 hrs of video playback

The Galaxy E-book S also arrives with Wi-Fi 6 and LTE connectivity and can be experienced with Windows 10 Household or Professional. It will be accessible in gold and grey shades with a setting up value of £999. Shipments are scheduled to commence on June 12 in the Uk. World wide availability was not detailed.
